Milver took delivery of a new fleet of Linde forklift trucks which went into service at the beginning of January. The last of the trucks is due to arrive on Friday March 3rd and this will be a 5 ton rotator truck destined for site 1 aluminium foundry. Milver have bought three of the old fleet and these are being placed in low hour usage areas.

Over the next couple of months these trucks will be fitted with the same data logging and vehicle check system as the new trucks. This is a large commitment by the company at a cost in excess of £700k over the four years that the trucks will be on site.

It is essential to keep all the trucks in a clean, undamaged condition and the provisions should be in place for the cleaning and touching up of any minor scratches.
